Nexus is a professional relationship manager. It helps you organise and track your professional network. Data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to your private iCloud account.
Nexus requires an account to sync data across devices. We collect:
All contact and relationship data you enter into Nexus is yours. We do not analyse it, sell it, or share it with third parties. It is stored on our servers solely to enable sync and is accessible only to you.
Nexus supports Sign in with Apple. When you use Sign in with Apple, Apple handles authentication and we receive only a stable user identifier and optionally your name and email — in line with Apple's privacy-preserving design.
You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). This permanently removes all your data from our servers within 30 days. Email privacy@haloaiservices.com to request manual deletion.
You can export your full network data as CSV or JSON from within the app at any time.
If you are in the UK or EU: right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection. Contact privacy@haloaiservices.com to exercise any right. We will respond within 30 days.
Your data is retained while your account is active. After account deletion, data is purged within 30 days. Anonymous analytics are retained for up to 24 months.
Nexus is intended for professional use by adults aged 16 and over.
