Nexus Support
Clear help, without a ticket maze.
Nexus has no separate account to reset. Most issues can be resolved on the device without sending your relationship data anywhere.
Troubleshooting
Contacts will not import
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, choose Privacy & Security, then Contacts, and confirm Nexus is allowed. Return to Nexus and start the import again.
Calendar history is empty
Confirm Calendar permission is enabled, then choose the date range you want Nexus to review. Nexus cannot read events that are not present in the Apple Calendar database on that device.
A social or email Connect button is disabled
Nexus enables a provider only after its production OAuth app, scopes, privacy review, and secure token handoff are ready. A disabled control is intentional and prevents a false or unsafe connection.
Email updates are not instant
Gmail and Microsoft metadata catch up when Connections opens and when iOS grants background refresh time. Nexus does not promise event-by-event delivery. It cannot read Apple Mail's private mailbox database.
Texts, calls, or WhatsApp history is missing
Normal iOS apps cannot read the general Phone recents database, historical SMS or iMessage, or personal WhatsApp history. Nexus supports manual correction when an automatic source is unavailable or wrong.
A purchase is missing
Open Nexus Settings, choose the subscription section, and use Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple account that made the purchase. If the storefront is wrong, correct the Media & Purchases storefront in Apple settings before retrying.
Nexus says its data store is unavailable
Do not delete or reinstall the app. Close and reopen Nexus first. If the warning returns, contact support before making changes.
Contact
Email privacy@haloaiservices.com with "Nexus Support" in the subject. Do not email contact exports, OAuth tokens, passwords, or private voice memos.
Privacy
Read the Nexus privacy policy for local storage, permissions, provider limits, deletion, and subscription handling.
