Terms of service
Use Nexus responsibly.
These terms govern your use of the Nexus iPhone and iPad app and its optional provider connections. By using Nexus, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. If you use Nexus for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.
2. Licence
Halo AI Services grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Nexus on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's usage rules. Nexus and its branding remain the property of Halo AI Services and its licensors.
3. Your data and responsibilities
You control the contacts, notes, communication metadata, imports, and other relationship information you add to Nexus. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to collect, store, edit, export, or share that information and for correcting inaccurate automated matches. Do not use Nexus to harass, impersonate, surveil, discriminate, violate privacy, or break any law.
4. Optional provider connections
Social and email connections are optional and require your explicit provider consent. Each provider controls its own API, permissions, review process, data, availability, and terms. Nexus exposes only approved capabilities and cannot guarantee complete follower lists, mutual connections, message history, or continuous background delivery when a provider or iOS does not make them available.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple through the App Store. Prices, trials, renewals, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and payment processing are governed by the terms shown by Apple at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Deleting Nexus does not cancel a subscription.
6. Availability and changes
We may improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when required for security, law, provider policy, technical reliability, or product development. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every advertised third-party capability will remain available.
7. Security
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, extract credentials, disrupt Nexus or its gateway, probe other users' data, introduce malicious code, or use provider access outside the permissions granted to you. Report suspected security issues to the contact below.
8. Termination
You may stop using Nexus and delete it at any time. We may suspend optional online functionality for material breach, abuse, fraud, security risk, or legal requirements. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Nexus is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. Nexus is a relationship-management tool, not legal, financial, medical, employment, or professional advice. Automated suggestions require your review.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those rights, Halo AI Services is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, third-party provider outages, or loss caused by unlawful or inaccurate data you supply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. The Isle of Man courts have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Your non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Changes and contact
